These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, online tools, quote forms, contact forms, web chat, AI assistant, AI voice agent, telephone lines, email correspondence, SMS messages, portable storage services, container rental services, delivery services, pickup services, and other services operated by SmartBox Moving & Storage, Centre Carriers Corp (“SmartBox,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website or services, including by submitting a form, initiating a chat, calling us, texting us, replying to a message, requesting a quote, renting a container, or engaging with our AI assistant or AI voice agent, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

​You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use our services or consent to receive communications from us. By using the services, you represent that the contact information you provide belongs to you or that you have authority to provide it.​​
2. Quotes, Pricing, and Availability
Quotes, rates, container availability, delivery dates, pickup dates, service windows, and pricing information provided through our website, forms, phone calls, AI assistant, AI voice agent, emails, SMS messages, or representatives are for informational purposes only and may be subject to change.
A binding service agreement is formed only when confirmed by SmartBox Moving & Storage through an accepted order, rental agreement, invoice, written confirmation, or other authorized service document.
Final pricing may depend on factors including container size, service location, delivery and pickup schedule, rental period, storage duration, taxes, fees, access conditions, and any additional services requested.
3. Communications Consent
This section describes how we use the contact information you provide, the communications you may receive, and how you may opt out.
3.1 Channels Covered
This consent applies regardless of the channel through which you provide your contact information, including website forms, quote requests, contact forms, callback requests, web chat, AI-powered chat, telephone calls, voicemails, email, SMS/MMS messages, social media platforms, Google Business Profile, and other communication channels.
3.2 Telephone and SMS Communications
By providing your telephone number and affirmatively opting in, whether by checking a consent box, providing verbal consent during a call, submitting a form containing the required disclosure, replying to a confirmation text, or otherwise providing express consent, you agree to receive communications from SmartBox Moving & Storage at the number you provide.
These communications may include account updates, service notifications, quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, delivery reminders, pickup reminders, container availability updates, payment or billing communications, document requests, customer service messages, and occasional promotional messages.
These communications may be sent by live representatives, manual dialing, automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, AI voice agents, SMS, or MMS platforms.
You are not required to consent to marketing communications as a condition of purchasing or renting any goods or services from us. Consent for transactional communications necessary to perform a rental, delivery, pickup, storage service, billing matter, or other service you have requested may be implied by the nature of that request.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3.3 SMS Opt-Out
You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message and no further marketing messages will be sent to that number.
Transactional messages related to an active quote, rental, delivery, pickup, storage account, billing matter, or service you have requested may continue until that service is complete.

3.4 Phone Calls and Call Recording
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls from us for the purposes described in these Terms. Calls may be placed or received by live representatives, automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, or AI voice agents.
Calls between you and SmartBox Moving & Storage, including calls handled in whole or in part by an AI voice agent, may be recorded, monitored, transcribed, and stored for quality assurance, training, customer service, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
Where required by law, you will be notified at the beginning of the call that the call may be recorded. Your continued participation in the call after such notice constitutes your consent to the recording. If you do not consent to recording, please notify the representative or end the call.
3.5 AI Assistant and AI Voice Agent Disclosure
Certain interactions with our services, including website chat, phone calls, and SMS exchanges, may be handled in whole or in part by an artificial intelligence system rather than a human representative.
When you interact with our AI assistant or AI voice agent:
We will disclose, on request, that you are interacting with an automated system.
You may ask to be transferred to a human representative, and we will route you to one during normal business hours where reasonably possible.
The AI system may collect, process, and store the content of your conversation, including personal information you provide.
AI outputs are intended to assist with informational and transactional tasks and are not a substitute for legal, financial, insurance, or other professional advice.
3.6 Email Communications
By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails from us related to your inquiry, quote, rental, delivery, pickup, storage service, billing, customer service matter, and, where you have opted in, promotional or marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
3.7 Form Submissions
When you submit any form on our website, including a quote request, contact form, callback request, rental request, or chat-initiated lead form, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and your own, or that you have authority to submit it. Forms that request consent to receive marketing communications will display the required consent language near the submit button.
3.8 No Sharing of Phone or SMS Opt-In Data
We do not sell, rent, lease, share, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or SMS opt-in data to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide through any opt-in process is used only by SmartBox Moving & Storage and by our service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the services and communications you have requested. Service providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing purposes. This restriction does not limit our ability to disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or regulatory authority.
3.9 Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to any category of communication at any time using the opt-out methods described above, including replying STOP to text messages, using unsubscribe links in emails, requesting placement on our internal Do Not Call list, or contacting us in writing. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of communications sent before your withdrawal was processed. Withdrawal of consent for transactional communications may delay or prevent us from completing a requested service.
4. Container Delivery and Pickup
By renting a SmartBox container, you agree to:

Delivery and pickup dates, windows, and locations are subject to availability, weather, access conditions, traffic, safety considerations, local regulations, and other operational factors.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery and pickup location is accessible, safe, legal, and suitable for container placement.

You are responsible for obtaining any permits, approvals, HOA permissions, landlord permissions, parking authorizations, or municipal approvals required for container placement.

SmartBox Moving & Storage may refuse delivery, pickup, or placement if the location is unsafe, inaccessible, illegal, unsuitable, or likely to cause damage or disruption.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for properly loading, securing, and protecting your belongings inside the container unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree not to place prohibited, dangerous, illegal, hazardous, perishable, explosive, flammable, toxic, stolen, or restricted items in any container.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, lease terms, HOA rules, parking rules, and property requirements related to the container and its placement.

Prohibited items may include, but are not limited to,

any items prohibited by law or by your service agreement.
SmartBox Moving & Storage is not responsible for loss, damage, spoilage, fines, penalties, or claims resulting from prohibited items.
7. Payment and Billing
You agree to pay all charges associated with your quote, rental, delivery, pickup, storage, service period, additional services, taxes, fees, and any other amounts agreed to or incurred under your service relationship.
Payment terms, billing frequency, late fees, deposits, cancellation fees, and other charges may be described in your quote, invoice, rental agreement, or service confirmation.
Failure to pay amounts due may result in suspension of service, delayed pickup or delivery, collection activity, additional fees, or other remedies available under law and your service agreement.
8. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation, rescheduling, and change requests are subject to availability, timing, and any applicable fees described in your quote, invoice, rental agreement, or service confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
9. Loss, Damage, and Insurance
You are responsible for determining whether your property is adequately insured while being packed, loaded, stored, moved, delivered, or otherwise handled. SmartBox Moving & Storage does not provide insurance unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Our liability, if any, may be limited by applicable law, your rental agreement, service agreement, invoice, tariff, valuation terms, or other written service documents.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading information, submit another person’s contact information without authorization, harass or abuse our employees or representatives, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use bots or scrapers without permission, upload malicious code, or interfere with the operation of the services.
11. Intellectual Property
​All website content, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, software, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to SmartBox Moving & Storage and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, trademarks, logos, or content without prior written permission.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website and services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, maps, payment processors, scheduling tools, review platforms, social media platforms, business partners, or other services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third parties.
13. Disclaimers
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information provided by an AI assistant, AI voice agent, website, form, or representative will be accurate, current, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartBox Moving & Storage and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of the services.
This limitation does not alter any rights or responsibilities that may apply under a separate written rental agreement, service agreement, invoice, storage agreement, or applicable law.
15. Indemnification
​You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SmartBox Moving & Storage and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights, or information or content you submit.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Centre Carriers Corp is organized or primarily operates, except where another mandatory law applies.
17. Changes to These Terms
​We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
