4. CONTAINER USE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
By renting a SmartBox container, you agree to:

Use the container responsibly and follow all loading guidelines

Keep the container locked when unattended
Not store hazardous, illegal, or perishable items
Ensure the container is accessible for scheduled pickup or delivery

Comply with local parking, HOA, or placement regulations

Customers are responsible for any damage to the container that occurs while in their possession.
5. PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items may not be stored inside SmartBox containers:

Illegal substances

Perishable food items

Live animals

Weapons or ammunition

Liquids that may leak or spill

SmartBox reserves the right to refuse service if prohibited items are discovered.
6. DELIVERY & PICKUP
SmartBox will make every effort to deliver and pick up containers on schedule. However, delays may occur due to weather, road restrictions, staffing, or unforeseen events.
SmartBox is not liable for delays outside our control.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
All services must be paid according to the billing terms provided at the time of reservation.

8. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Customers are encouraged to maintain homeowners, renters, or third-party insurance to protect stored or transported belongings.

Damage due to improper packing
